Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the JobsGS website and product, provided by Rapid Dev Ltd (company no. 08515816).

1. The service

JobsGS is job-operations software for field teams, including job planning, a job map, phone GPS tracking through the app, and field evidence. It is not invoicing, payroll, or vehicle-tracker hardware.

2. Accounts and trials

A 14-day trial starts without a card. If you continue after the trial, you will need to add a payment method. You must provide accurate details. You are responsible for users under your organisation.

3. Fees

Published prices are exclusive of VAT. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. You may cancel monthly plans at the end of a billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You must only track devices and people with a lawful basis (typically employment and a clear workplace policy). Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access.

5. Liability

JobsGS is provided as a business tool. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by English law. For other losses, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Law
