2. What we collect

From this marketing site we collect name, email, company, team size, plan interest, and any message you send via the contact form. If you start a trial we also collect the account details you enter in the JobsGS app. If you use the JobsGS product, we process account data and the job, customer, photo, and phone-location data you or your team enter, as a processor on behalf of your company.

3. Why we use it

We use marketing-site enquiries to respond to questions (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Product data is used to provide the JobsGS service under your organisation's contract.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use hosting and email providers in the UK/EEA (or with appropriate safeguards) solely to run JobsGS.

5. Retention

Trial and contact enquiries are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived. Product data is retained for the life of your account as set out in your contract.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email privacy@rapiddev.co.uk.
