What is JobsGS?
JobsGS is a standalone job-operations app for UK contractors, builders, installers, and mixed field-service teams. You plan the work, track people on their phones, and prove progress on one map.
Do I need vehicle trackers?
No. Tracking is mobile-phone GPS through the JobsGS app only. There are no fitted boxes, no vehicle hardware, and no per-vehicle tracker fees.
What shows on the job map?
Colour-coded pins for quotes sent, booked jobs, and completed work, plus live phone positions for the people doing the work. Filter by status and tap a pin for customer, site, assignee, and next action.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day trial. No card required to start. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you will not be charged.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Annual billing is two months free — Solo is £270/year instead of £324.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month by default. Annual plans are billed once a year at the two-months-free rate.
Does JobsGS do invoicing or payroll?
No. JobsGS is for running jobs, people, and proof — not invoicing, payroll, MOT, or DVSA compliance. Keep Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks for the money.
